وظيفة Operations Specialist

شركة : Integrated Equipment Company

مقر الشركة : Nasr City, Cairo


تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Manage inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams
  • Maintain and update CRM system with customer information and sales activities
  • Provide support to the sales team with sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales operations efficiency
  • Assist in resolving customer queries and issues related to sales operations
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on sales systems and processes
  • Prepare invoices, report customer payments.
  • Update daily interview schedule with scheduled appointments for inquiries.
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in any major (A MUST)
  • Have the ability to work in a team.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure as she/he will have face-to-face interactions with the clients.
  • Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role
  • Proven Experience working with CRM
  • English written and spoken 
  • Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
  • Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
  • Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have excellent sales skills.
  • Have a proper operations background
