تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Handling Customers regarding Mobile and Home services regarding mobile, landline, ADSL and IPTV services and complains, through Chat channels & emails, up to 30% outbound calls.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and take appropriate measures to ensure optimum satisfaction.
  • Offer appropriate details about the company using relevant tools and software to inform the customers about ongoing projects or other information.
  • Ensure resolving doubts and queries of customers by providing accurate and suitable information within set deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the managers to stay informed about changes in company rules and new projects.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to solve ongoing issues with a product or service.
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Graduates ONLY + Military certificate for Males.
  • 1-3 Years of experience in Customer Service Field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer handling skills.
