Collaborate with clients or internal teams to gather and document business requirements related to finance and operations processes.
Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to align with client needs and industry best practices.
Provide functional expertise in areas such as financial management, supply chain management, inventory management, procurement, and more.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system adoption and usage.
Perform system testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations, data migration, and custom development, if required.
Provide support during system implementations, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues reported by users and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
Prior experience as a Functional Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP systems.
Strong understanding of finance and operational business processes.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, Finance and Supply Chain modules are preferred.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address business challenges effectively.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate, are preferred.
