Job Description: Liaising between consultant and Patient Answering calls with professionalism and high quality Replying to queries and emails in a timely manner Forwarding patient’s queries to consultants and aiding patients as much as they could Point of intersection between patient, hospital and consultant Arranging consultant diary according to consultant preference Replying to consultant emails and queries in a timely manner Booking and canceling patients’ appointments Arranging surgery for patients Following up on patient’s treatment plans with no delays Arranging for patient scans Overseeing and arranging referrals for patients from consultants Invoicing for surgeries and services provided by the consultant Adding and cancelling clinics Settling payment with self-pay patients (pre-payments) Chasing appointment authorization code from insurance companies via phone Ensuring the LOG is available ahead of appointments. Chasing embassies for LOGs after the appointment Updating subject lines and invoice logs to ensure smooth invoicing process. Follow operational processes to avoid mistakes, delays, and errors. Adhere to workplace rules and codes of conduct. Complying with the line manager in work-related tasks and instructions

Job Requirements:
Fluent English speaker is a must
Previous experience as a personal assistant is preferred
