وظيفة Maintenance & Renovation Specialist

شركة : Defacto

مقر الشركة : Nasr City, Cairo


تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • To follow up and record maintenance and repair requests from stores
  • Organizing and informing the stores about the breakdown and maintenance and repair processes
  • Supporting the stores in emergencies, making on-site detection when necessary
  • Managing the renovation and renewal processes in the stores
  • Ensuring communication with companies in failure, maintenance, modification, and renewal processes
  • To make research when purchasing is necessary

 

متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Graduated from Electrical/Electrical-Electronics and/or Mechanical Engineering departments of universities,
  •  1 -2 year of experience
  •  To be able to follow up-to-date market costs for the materials used and to be used in the stores
  •  Good use of MS Office programs
  •  Able to use Autocad program
  •  Conscious of occupational health, safety and environmental issues
  •  Fluent in English
  •  Having effective communication skills and prone to teamwork
  •  Strong in organization and coordination
  •  Ability to plan and coordinate
  •  Have strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  •  No travel restrictions
  •  Have a driving license and can actively drive
  •  Male candidates must have completed military service
