Develop a market plan to meet Quarterly based sales targets related to the following:
- Rewinding and Overhauling AC motors from 1 HP to 1000 HP and Alternators to 2000 KVA mechanically and electrically.
- Machining Works Turning, Milling, and Drilling which includes: (Shafts fabrication till 3-meter length, Pulleys, keyways, slots, Motor Chemises (Bearing Housing), Rods, Pipes Threading, Couplings, Screws, Plugs, Chains, Perforates ...etc.).
- Fully Panel Building Works and Rental which includes (Synchronization Panels to 10000 Amps, ATS Panels to 4000 amps, Star Delta Panels, Protection Panels, Distribution Panel Misc. Power rated, VSD Panels ...etc.)
- Dynamic Balancing for Rotating Elements (Rotors, Shafts, Couplings). using a sophisticated Balancing Machine)
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting for Electronics Devices, Controllers, TVs, Genset Controllers and screens, Generic PCBs, and Home appliances which operated by PCBs.
- Knowledge of Testing methods that range from standard non-destructive tests, including visual inspections, ultrasonic and dye penetration testing, to positive material identification.
- Knowledge of Mechanical testing techniques includes Lubricant Oil Analysis, vibration measurement, analyses, checking for looseness, misalignments, or bearing failures, rotor balancing, and diesel pumps and fuel injectors.
- Knowledge of electrical testing services includes earth resistance measurements, thermal imaging, winding insulation measurement, power analysis, current injector, and coil testing.
- Knowledge of critical environmental tests that ensure that your employees work in comfortable and safe surroundings. Some of our environmental tests involve noise and light measurements, monitoring hazardous gases, and monitoring exhaust emissions and gas pollutants.
- Receiving customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and email
- Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business (provided with presentations).
- Negotiating price, delivery, and specifications with buyers and managers.
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to place orders.
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.
- Follow up with the customer to guarantee payment of invoices on time
- Candidate should give technical training on product different features and explain to customer benefits of up
- Candidate should engage in weekly visits to customers’ sites
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
