The proposed MEP coordinator will work with the Client's on-site team and will coordinate with the technical department for Four Seasons projects under construction (Madinaty/ Luxor) his scope of work will be as follows:
• Coordinate the works for the infrastructure package for the Four seasons Madinaty
• Coordinate MEP works for the main hotel and a residential package of the Four Seasons Madinaty
• Coordinate the MEP services and first and second fixes for Four Seasons Luxor
• Collect information and ensure relevant documents are shared with all concerned teams.
• Coordinate MEP technical and management aspects of the projects during the construction stage.
• Follow up and coordinate with project stakeholders regarding any engineering conflicts and contract documents defects and report with remedial status.
• Monitor engineering and procurement plans to ensure the implementation of interface milestones between different Contractors & construction package
• Identify and report any engineering and procurement process deviations from the approved plans.
• Follow up on the Supervision Consultant engineering approval activities.
• Inspection of site status and report with non-conformance construction activities.
• Forecasting and mitigating potential time & cost impact assessments for unforeseen change orders due to scope creeps/caveats.
• Track record of all relevant performance site tests and off-site testing while reporting deviations (if any).
• Support and coordinate with cost/quantity survey and contracts management for all related interfaced activities.
• Coordinate and support final testing and commissioning of executed works.
• liaise the handing over process and review of handing over submissions requirements, completion of snag/punch list
