وظيفة Logitstics Coordinator

شركة : NRL Logistics

مقر الشركة : Heliopolis, Cairo


تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Handling Import and Export daily operations.
  • Keeping good records and documentation.
  • Capable of anticipating and improvising so as fulfill unexpected users needs & communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Supervise orders and all shipments
  • Communicate with the responsible department to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
  • High follow up and communication skills and keep logs and records of shipments, executed orders etc.
  • Prepare accurate reports and invoices for upper management and customers.
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Females only can apply
  • Age from 22 years to 30 years old
  • Heliopolis residents or nearby places.
  • Proven experience as an operations coordinator is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to work with supervision and track multiple processes
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good command over written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to cope with different situations and to rapidly build a relationship and set up trust.
  • Presentable, and good attitude.
