Purpose of the position
Preparing, managing, and filing documents for our projects. Archiving files, and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation. Sorts and stores electronic and hard copy documents for designers, surveyors, and colleagues. Ensure that project documents follow the company's standards, and stay maintained and accurate.
Tasks
- Copying, scanning, and storing documents
- Checking for accuracy and editing files, like contracts
- Reviewing and updating technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Producing document progress reports for senior managers
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
- Printing and distributing project documents to managers, vendors, and team members.
