وظيفة Junior A/P - A/R Accountant

مقر الشركة : Sheikh Zayed, Giza


تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Receive, process and post incoming payments.
  • Resolve client billing questions and concerns using internal and external resources.
  • Reconcile invoice and payments for all accounts.
  • Verify and ensure accuracy of data prior to invoice distribution to clients.
  • Ensure all documentation from clients and Marketers is collected and the appropriate data is posted to the company’s accounting and billing systems.
  • Establish monthly expense reports to financial manager. 
  • Actively work to recover debts owed to the company, which could include the collection of accounts previously written off.
  • Provide monthly reports and updates on delinquent accounts, exceptions, contingent liabilities and accounts receivable aging.
  • Following up on, collecting and allocating payments.
  • Making sure the payments are collected on time.
  • Resolving collection discrepancies. Recording & Controlling
  • Gathering information about customers to be aware of the contact person and the deal terms
  • Performing other related duties.
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting English department preferred. 
  • 0-1 year of Experience in accounting field 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software, must know the basics of power point, excel and world.
  •  English level: Very Good.
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • Highly attention to details
  • Strong mathematical skills required.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking to identify potential solutions or new approaches for current operating procedures.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate information in a straightforward manner and resolve conflicts, but with an attitude of exceptional customer service.
  • Sheikh Zayed and 6th October residents are preferable.
