Gets involved in FF&E: materials, fabrics, rugs, sanitary ware and lighting fixtures selection and hardware selection.
Communicate. With clients, vendors and contractors in a positive and organized manner
Prepares presentations and mood boards with clients.
Follows up on subcontractors and shop drawings.
Coordinates drawings for MEP such as electrical, air-condition and firefighting outlets.
Handles tasks of the construction drawings as (furniture, masonry, electric, ceiling & floor) with full details like (doors, counters, cladding, etc.).

Bachelor Degree of Architectural Engineering
3 - 7 years of experience in interior design field in consultancy or real estate companies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Presentation skills
Time management skills
Self-confident and able to cope with criticism of their work
Residential/office/commercial building design
Strong experience in 3D Max, Auto Cad, Revit etc.
Coordination knowledge
Be passionate about Interior designing and the built environment
