1.Assist clients in introducing different products, providing a tour of the showroom, and discussing the client’s needs (design, price, interiors, etc.) to assist them in the decision-making process, promoting brand image and thus achieving sales targets.
2. Prepare quotations for clients to be able to purchase the products from the organization’s distributors.
3. Assist in updating prices on the system to provide customers with the right prices that match the market. 4. Handle issues such as delays in delivery and unavailability of products, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any issues to maintain the brand’s image and cultivate loyalty.
5. Prepare monthly reports to track progress on sales targets, prices, competitors, etc. and take appropriate action, if necessary.
6. Recommend new ideas (e.g., events) to drive traffic to showrooms and increase sales.
7. Manage showroom maintenance and report weekly to direct supervisor to ensure that any issues are resolved.
