-Install and configure software packages such as operating systems, business programs, and other office tools that are required.
- Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drivers on the user’s premises.
- Monitoring, diagnosing, and repairing computer systems, Hardware, and networks.
- Register IT assets on related applications and notify their direct reporting line in case of shortage.
