- Provide help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Phone call, Email or face to face.
- Install, test and configure new workstations & Laptops, peripheral equipment and software.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
- Report issues to the manager for escalation.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware and software.
Manage surveillance cameras, their connecting cables and the DVR
- Installation and configuration for VPN clients according to the customer’s policies and procedures.
- Configure Panasonic PBX systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Administrating and troubleshooting servers.
- Manage routers and Cisco switches.
