Develop, implement, maintain and review network, security, applications and systems' infrastructure that support the organization's strategic objectives, facilitate smooth business operations and enhance overall departments' efficiency.
Establish KPIs and metrics for managing and measuring IT effectiveness and it's impact on the business.
Establish appropriate SOPs and service levels agreements to ensure that KPIs are met.
Maintain oversight of all IT projects, ensuring that commitments are properly planned, staffed, monitored and reported.
Establish a comprehensive enterprise information security program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of relevant data.
Lead the design and implementation of organization recovery and business continuity plan.
Establish and enforce IT policies, processes, portfolio management, development standards and methodologies.
Monitor the industry for developments in IT operations; evaluate and implement relevant new tools and service management frameworks.
Review, recommend, and oversee all vendors and manage service agreements for computing, telecommunications, IT services, and equipment.
Draft and follow up IT budget during the year to ensure not exceeding targets.
Manage and supervise the installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software
Negotiating with vendors and external service providers
Ensure effective performance of hardware and servers to ensure effective work cycle.
Ensure that all servers and connections are working efficiently and maintained regularly
Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Assure Data security and scalability.
Ensure that all database on the systems are correct and ensure accurate reports and information.
Ensure that all users receive the needed support from IT sector.
Ensure that systems and hardware security to ensure effective work operations.
Ensure that all IT resources are available and is working efficiently at current or new offices, branches or any other location.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering
Professional postgraduate IT Certification is highly preferred
10 - 15 years of professional experience in IT infrastructures
Strong knowledge and proven experience of Servers, Networking, Applications, Security, Software development, website development, ERP systems and Business Solutions
Experience designing and managing an effective IT governance framework across the spectrum of IT service delivery
