وظيفة IT Collection & Delinquency Solution Supervisor

تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Provide recent market trends and solutions.
  • Enhances department, solutions, and organization reputation.
  • Enhance Collection Process in Mini cash.
  • Solve the Functional challenges in the Collection process.
  • Ensure that Solutions are developed as designed and as per business expectations.
  • Accelerate software solution implementation.
  • Facilitate more business functionality.
  • Manage system enhancements, changes, and new release implementation in order to fulfill the needed business requirements.
  • Follow Mini-cash roadmap projects to obtain the optimal solutions.
  • Make the Pre- UAT and perform UAT.
  • Create RFP, Business case, and vendor evaluation.
  • Define, analyze and evaluate the business requirements, functions, and process to understand it and propose suitable solutions.
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve end-user solution-related errors to improve performance.
  • Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the solution.
  • Manage Team, assign tasks, and review team tasks.
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
  • Mini-Cash solution Implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of credit management and Collection management.
  • Experience in vendor handling.
