وظيفة IT Administrator Local Officer

تفاصيل الوظيفة

Basic Responsibilities.
▪ Provides on-site and remote support to IT related issues and requests of end-users.
▪ Prepares, sets up, burns in and deploys IT-related equipment.
▪ Provides support in application testing and evaluation.
▪ Carries out application installation according to documented standards
▪ Carries out Operating Systems installation for both desktops, servers and Network Devices
▪ Isolates, recreates and implements solutions in problems to prevent downtime in user’s productivity.
▪ Supports records keeper in the inventory of IT-related equipment and software.
▪ Conducts evaluation of hardware to determine if it is subject for repair or replacement.
▪ Carries out preventive and corrective maintenance of IT-related equipment.
▪ Replaces defective units with good one if not repairable.
▪ Implements desktop group policy settings.
▪ Maintains IT-related equipment in training and conference rooms.
▪ Deploys and maintains communications cables.
▪ Troubleshoots cable problems.
▪ Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations, which shall include but not limited to the Employee
Code of Discipline, the policies on Quality Management
▪ System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and
Environmental Management System (EMS); and Data Privacy Act (DPA); and other duties and responsibilities
prescribed for all ADEC employees.
▪ Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPA)
▪ Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. (Needed documents.)
ob Requirements & Specifications (Competencies knowledge, skills, Attitude)
▪ Bachelor's degree of information technology, computer science or Engineer, or bachelor degree with
accreditation course in IT field with 5 Years’ experience minimum
▪ Experience from 5 : 7 in corporate (prefer multinationals) in delivering IT helpdesk & networking, and
server maintain.
▪ Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills (Advanced Excel & ERP user)
▪ Excellent English language (able to communicate in English smoothly)
▪ High level of Business ethics and confidentiality behaviours.
▪ Organizing work & prioritizing time-sensitive matters to manage work pressure
▪ Business oriented & scoping on solving problem, plus care for preventive measures
▪ Positive thinking, friendly supportive behaviour
▪ Effective Communication Skills (Direct, Remotely)
▪ Ability to competently navigate and use Microsoft desktop operating system specific command sets,
utilities, and tools.
▪ Ability to competently navigate, installations and use Microsoft and Linux servers operating systems
▪ Knowledgeable in Windows operating systems, applications, hardware setup and installations
▪ Knowledgeable in the use of office productivity tools; adept in using WFH setup apps/tools (Zoom, MS
Teams, etc)
▪ Knowledgeable in basic networking and cabling
▪ Knowledgeable in computer components and their use (ability to assemble and repair computers is a
plus)
▪ Knowledgeable in Server Operating Systems, Windows Server, Linux
▪ Knowledgeable in Desktop and network troubleshooting
