وظيفة IS Support Team Lead

Responsibilities:

-IS service management for on- and off-boarding and internal transfer of employees (Laptop, Desktop, Mailbox, AD-Group, Mobile…) in HQ and branches.

-Installation of branches IS equipment, POS, Scales, APs, Switches, Scanners, Scales, etc..

-Manage IS assets (Laptops, Mobile devices, Fixed phones, Accessories …)

-Maintain inventory for IS assets in the system (Service Catalogue - manage engine process).

-Purchasing of IS material (indirect) + good receipts and delivery to end users.

-Small IS material purchased by SOP IS and stored at the Proximity Desk

-Management and governance of IS services provided by IS function

1st contact for requesting the standard and non-standard services via Manage Engine.

-Office 365 support and other SAS tools SharePoint Creation & Maintenance (Incl. Extranet SharePoint for external parties).

-2nd-line support on mobile devices. Acting as the competence center for Mobile Device Management (MDM), certificates, business apps, …

-Follow-up on Security issues (vulnerabilities, CERT exceptions) in collaboration with team members

-Roll-out of major changes / new processes for all above topics and other SOP IT housekeeping projects (e.g. Office 365, Windows10 imaging rollout, WIFI, MMSA server migrations, IP telephony, etc.…)

-ERP User Management & Authorizations (LUC – Local User Coordinator Role

-GREAT User Management, Authorizations, and Audit knowledge


متطلبات الوظيفة

Qualifications:

 

-Bachelor's degree in computer science

-Work experience of at least 6-8.

-Customer and solution Oriented (problem-solving & decision-making)

-Knowledge of RMS, SAP, and MS Office, a good knowledge of IS tools such as CRM, SharePoint, and budget ownership

-Ability to understand complex IS environment

-Experience in Project management and IT process optimization

-Updated with the market's latest technologies

-Ability to work with full autonomy

-Good communication and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team

 

Working conditions:

- Workplace: HQ at Sheikh Zayed.

- Work nature: Full Time.

- Working hours: 8.5 hours.

- working days: 5 days.
