A Corporate Attorney shall be responsible for and has a duty to:
- Prepare, write, review and amend contracts and other contractual agreements as directed.
- Prepare and follow up to submit documents for the extraction and renewal of trademarks to the relevant governmental authorities to ensure the preservation of the company’s rights
- Create trademarks internationally to ensure that the company’s rights are preserved internationally
- Register patents, utility models, and electronic circuits in the relevant government authorities to ensure the preservation of the company’s rights
- Registration of all copyright's art products at the competent government office
- Submit trademark appeals and grievances to the relevant government authorities to ensure the preservation of the company’s rights
- Provide daily legal advice to various departments of the company, provide legal opinions and suggestions for important matters of the company, and handle legal affairs
- Represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters
- Analyze the probable outcomes of transactions, using knowledge of legal precedents, laws, regulations, procedures, and decrees.
- Responsible for dealing with governmental and non-governmental institutions to finalize all the needed legal documents.
