Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources & Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including payroll administration, employee benefits, and HRIS management, while ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS system with up-to-date information, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes in employee status.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to payroll, benefits, and employee records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related queries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle employee information with sensitivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, with a focus on payroll administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and labor laws.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of [1-2] years of experience in HR and payroll administration.
  • Solid understanding of payroll processing, tax regulations, and legal compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
