Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources while supporting the HR team in day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support new employee onboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation, and training logistics.
Employee Relations:
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
HR Administration:
- Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR information and files.
Training and Development:
- Support the coordination of training programs and development initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and tracking employee training sessions.
Benefits Administration:
- Aid in benefits enrollment processes and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Assist in managing employee leave requests.
