Summary of the job:
Conduct a full fact finding and a full sales process with the clients to identify their needs for health products so they can achieve and exceed their targets, as well as building a good and consistent relationship with the clients to ensure high renewal ratio to build a strong persistent portfolio.
Main tasks:
- Design a sales activity plan and determine work methods to achieve
objectives. - Effectively validate customer information to qualify sales opportunities for
health business. - Undertake health sales activities by quality phone calling and appointments
to successfully fulfill customer needs. - Create a positive relationship with the customer and maintain persistence
through regular follow up. - Respond positively to change and willingly contribute and share ideas and
best practices among colleagues. - Periodically review our own service performance against required service
standards. - Comply with all relative legislations and codes of practice and provide
feedback about the market/product to his superiors.
