Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guide
Assist with employee relations, investigating and resolving employee complaints and conflicts
Coordinate and process orders for office supplies, materials, and equipmentLiaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
Participate in HR projects.

BS in Human Resources or a relevant field
1+ year of experience in HR administration or related field.
Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
Thorough knowledge of labor laws
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
