Update internal databases with new hire information
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days and assist central payroll team in UAE for all local payroll related advises.
Keep abreast of all local regulations and update the concerned central team in case of any changes in local regulations which may impact central processes like Payroll etc.
Publish and remove job ads
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed and recruitment processes.
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department, attrition rates, etc
Develop training and onboarding material
Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
prepare all labor law and social insurance documents and ensure compliance to all related local regulations concerning employment.
Monitor and maintain biometric attendance and ensure adherence to payroll processes
Point of contact for preparing and liaising with concerned team for all non-trade related contracts.
