Support translation requirements for all marketing and communication material, sales collateral and on-line channels including: web/digital, social media, video scripts, subtitles, newsletters, etc.
Ad hoc translation for other departments within the organization.
Accurately relay style and tone so that meaning of the original message is maintained in the translation.
Manage multiple projects and prioritize workflow for maximum efficiency to complete tasks within their allotted deadlines.
Consult subject-matter experts and other colleagues to understand specialized concepts and translate them appropriately
Work within Microsoft 365 programs to create and modify company documentation for consistency, branding and translation
Maintain Corporate Brand Guidelines and ensure visual consistency of brand elements across the organization

Bilingualism (English & French) a requirement
Strong computer skill including high proficiency in Microsoft applications: Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven track record of organization, planning and prioritization
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to proactively initiate questions, updates, or follow-ups
A few nice to haves:
Field or Channel Marketing experience
Project Management experience
Experience in the telecommunication sales sector
College diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or communication is an asset
