Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Ensure food safety, security, and sanitation systems are maintained in accordance with HACCP, and other guidelines.
- Conduct periodic inspections of facilities, equipment, practices, etc. Random inspection for all the food & beverage activities to assure the validation of the implemented food safety system.
- Communicate minor or major non-conformities with related department.
- Notifies FQ&SA manager about any critical non-conformities.
- Monitor the implementation of all required food safety standards.
- Establishing quality reports to assure that all food menu items comply with the Approved SOPs.
- Monitor the personal hygiene and health condition of food handlers.
- Investigate any food safety incidents and report them to FQ&SA Manager.
- Check CCP’s for HACCP on the production areas.
- Co-operate in coaching, mentoring and implementation of the food safety programs in the operation field.
- Conduct timely follow-ups for all corrective actions.
- Follow up daily, weekly, and monthly reports to be presented to FQ&SA Manager.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the mainframe of the job specialty
