Ensure that food safety and security systems and health practices are maintained in accordance with international and local food safety and security regulations and legal requirements.
Conducting and reporting periodic inspections of facilities, equipment and practices that identify cases of non-conformity.
Random inspection of all company personnel activities to ensure validation of the applied food safety system.
Reporting cases of non-conformity with the relevant department.
Notify the administration of any serious non-conformity cases.
Monitor the implementation of all required food safety standards.
Preparing food safety reports to ensure that food safety requirements and procedures are being applied.
Verification of CCP. and checked according to HACCP procedures .
Conducting the microbiological examination in accordance with the approved plan for conducting this examination
Cooperate in training, mentoring and implementing food safety programs in the field of operations.

Bachelor degree in Agriculture.
Proven experience as Food safety inspector.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of different quality systems ISO 22000, ISO9001. ISO45000.
Strong knowledge of one of the BRC global food safety systems
