As a Fleet Coordinator you will be playing an essential role in facilitating a smooth expansion of our last-mile delivery. You will leverage your analytical skills to identify operational gaps and formulate strategies to constantly enhance InstaShop’s fleet operation. You will also drive fleet efficiency with your strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Primary responsibilities
· Constantly monitor rider performance and drive efficiency
· Liaise with the Quality Assurance team to address functional issues
· Facilitate site visits to monitor rider performance
· Liaise with fleet vendors to track, review and enhance performance
· Partner with Operations team to enhance fleet operations
· Develop insights, build reports and present fleet analytics to the management
· Superb clarity in communication
· Excellent Excel and analytical skills
· Top class persuasive skills
· Negotiation experience
· Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English.
· Able to quickly adopt and take advantage of seemingly unfavorable
· Business or engineering related bachelor/masters preferred
