وظيفة Fixed Assets Accounting

شركة : Gourmet Egypt

مقر الشركة : Zamalek, Cairo


تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Establish and monitor systems of controls, procedure and forms for recording fixed assets 
  • Maintain the fixed assets purchase process 
  • Recording purchases and acquisitions of fixed assets in the accounting system 
  • Track project costs in fixed assets accounts and close these accounts once related projects are completed
  • Track fixed assets movements process and approvals
  • Prepare fixed assets status & value 
  • Evaluate fixed assets status & value
  • Procedure related to the decline in the periodic value of intangible assets 
  • Recommend whether fixed assets should be disposed of 
  • commitment to the periodic stock-take process of the company's assets
  • Calculate deferred tax 
  • Review the issued POs
  • Assistance and completion of other tasks assigned
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or similar field 
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel 
  • Knowledge of an accounting information system is a plus
  • Knowledge of ERP system 
  • Negotiation Skills  
  • ETA website handling 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Confidentiality and integrity
