وظيفة Fixed Asset & Warehouse supervisor

شركة : Nile University

مقر الشركة : Sheikh Zayed, Giza


تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Responsible for completing the inventory actions  
  • Responsible for tracking Nile university assets movement and to ensure that all movement are updated in our Fixed Assets Register.
  • Responsible for FA registering, barcoding and labelling assets and reconciliation.
  • Check warehouses physical condition and take all necessary actions to rectify issues before or upon occur.
  • Supervising all warehouses and coding warehouse items
  • Maintaining only Nile university sufficient stock levels and avoid any excessive in storage.
  • Monitoring and controlling the inventory conducted by the department team on a semi-annual and annual basis for all stored items.
  • Update warehouse key register and complete handover for the team members.
  • Conducting sudden inventory operations on the warehouse.
  • Preparing monthly and annual warehouse reports
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Previous experience is a must – Five years in the same grade
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software
  • Microsoft Office Computer Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferable commercial or mathematical background
  • BSc/BA in business administration, logistics, supply chain or relevant field
