Follow up the maintenance of the facilities Equipment (Air compressor, AC, Fire alarm, firefighting, 11KV transformers...etc) and report the status of each equipment.
Report the F & C team activities
Co-ordinate with the production for applying the maintenance schedule
Estimation for the new project
Represent the owner in different governmental authorities, consultant & contractors
Follow up the construction project and report the progress of the project from finance and technical point of view
wi very good experience in Hard Services in large commercial building prefer with working as MEP Engineer in contracting company.
· Hard Services knowledge should include a very good knowledge in HVAC systems (chilled water, AHUs, Fan coils units, CRAC units & DX units), Firefighting systems (water sprinklers, FM200 & CO2), Fire Alarm system, plumbing and BMS.
· Good experience in Electrical systems such as (low voltage panels, ATS & UPS).
· Should have BSc in Mechanical Engineering degree from reputable University
· Good negotiation skills; presentation skills and AutoCAD 2D.
· Total years of experience 10 years.
