POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Program Assistant will interface between the customer service and English language department to verify certificates, transcripts, test scores, and diplomas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for the administrative procedures of the authentication and accreditation services of American degrees obtained from American-accredited universities and schools, in addition to the accreditation procedures of SAT / TOEFL / GRE score reports
- Develop and implement organizational system for all program document- soft and hard copies.
- Verify authenticity of documentation submitted by clientele for certification.
- Make recommendations to certification manual.
- Apply all certification operations as outlined in the certification manual.
- Communicate and update new certification process with CS.
- Conduct research
- Communicate regularly via email and telephone with clientele with certification issues.
- Provide all administrative and operational support to successfully conduct programs and activities
- Serve as back-up for EL Assistant
