Job Description
- Lead a development team (up to 6 developers).
Introduce processes and engineering practices.
Play a role of a Scrum Master: sprint planning, grooming, demo session and retros.
Meet sprint commitments. - Design, code and test features of the application.
Conduct code reviews and audit the design solutions. - Participate in customer’s workshops and presentation of the proposed solution.
- Perform profiling and troubleshooting of the existing solutions.
- Create technical documentation.
- Managing high pressure situations and is flexible in working hours.
- Supporting project resource scheduling and department capacity planning.
- Work on a wide range of projects involving the implementation of new and existing systems,
solutions and processes. - Communicate clearly with business users and project managers.
