Periodically audit all files for inclusions and missing documents.
Copy, scan and store documents
Coordinate all multiple-site correspondence, to ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
Maintain the documents and drawings, correspondence, reports, drawings, sketches, instructions, and minutes of meetings, requests-for-information, and all project documents in the Document.
Responsible for implementing Data and Document Management activities within a business and project environment.
Facilitate timely provision of requested documentation
Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts
Review and update technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows)
Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
File documents in physical and digital records
Create templates for future use
Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
Develop, document, or maintain standards, best practices, or system usage procedures.
Assist in the assessment, acquisition, or deployment of new electronic document management systems.
