- Copy, scan, update and Organize all documents and logs as needed.
- Create and maintain QA filling system for all controlled documents.
- Track and control the flow of document in and out of the departments.
- Create and maintain documents templates.
- Insert, update and maintain the database on the system and logs according to the company and quality standards to ensure that inserted information is accurate and up to date.
- Distribute related documents copies to internal teams.
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and terms of critical documents and agreements.
- Prepare related business reports to projects as needed.
