Main Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
International & Regional Markets:
- Fulfill all products’ requirements for international & regional markets, while ensuring replenishments from our newest collections & bestselling products, in alignment with our planning department.
- Work closely with Marketing Department & Planning Team to obtain product information, while ensuring “Buying Sheets” are updated with all information to be afterwards shared with the partners to place their orders.
- Act as “Play Maker” between the Planning & Export markets by updating them with the new collections information’s & production plan for the year.
- Assist in the products’ pricing process for the international & regional markets using each market pricing formula.
- Receive Partner’s POs and lead the process with respective departments to ensure order fulfilment.
- Update our Finished Product warehouse with the market’s requirements & orders, making sure that their orders are kept aside to be shipped in time.
- Send the orders to the warehouse to prepare the shipments.
- Receive their special requirements as well as their special orders from the products that are not within the stock and make sure to deliver these orders/requirements to the planning so that they consider it in their production plan.
- Check stores stock for orders & pieces that are not available at the warehouses.
- Reply to stores’ requests on products availability & information daily.
- Support the manager in assessing & setting the production plan for the export markets through analyzing what are the best sellers needed for them to achieve their assigned targets.
- Make sure that stores are well stocked in terms of packaging material & printed material and updating the Marketing department with the printed materials needed.
- Prepare needed detailed reports to all stakeholders.
Online Sales:
- Update the online boutique with the warehouse, (Twice a month)
- Handle the customer service email and clients’ inquiries.
- Make sure to ship the order within a week from the order date.
- Send Confirmed orders to the Finished Products Warehouse to be given to Export and Import representative.
- Receive the best sellers from the planning team (Twice a month) and request the needed material for them from the Digital department.
- Update the website by them after revising the prices with the planning team.
- Launch the collections on the website on time.
- Work with the digital marketing team on the materials of each collection, and make sure they are on the website on time.
- Make sure to update the prices on all stores once the planning team send them.
- Resolve & follow up with Digital marketing team on the glitches.
- Resolve customer problems & fulfill their needs.
- Maintain our client relationship through direct communications.
Personnel Shopper:
Customer Experience
- Cultivate relationships with everyday shoppers who are not familiar with a personal shopping experience.
- Use a variety of communications methods, by crafting a shopping experience for customers which is easy, inspiring, and productive.
- Lead each client through their shopping experience, guiding them to products that are particularly suited to their needs and desires.
- Suggestive selling and upselling will be a natural part of the personal shopping experience because of the in-depth knowledge of both the customer and the current offerings.
Operational Excellence
- Receive all inquiries, then direct the assigned personal shopper and ensure the execution of the personal shopper experience.
- Develop customer loyalty through understanding their style needs, identifying sale opportunities for requested items, suggesting additional pieces for their taste.
- Develop reports to higher Management that show the progress of the personal shopper project, any feedback, impact on business, further improving opportunities.
- Communicate out of stock and/or quality situations to store management daily.
- Liaise with all relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and follow up until completion.
- Ensure prompt follow-up activity with customers acquired through Personal Shopping Events/Promotions, to build lasting relationships.
