We are hiring an Account Manager with excellent communication and organizational skills to support our account team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day client communication, supporting the development of client strategies and plans, assisting with project management, and ensuring all project deliverables are of high quality.
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Collaborate with clients to develop marketing strategies aligned with their business objectives and target audience.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans, including messaging, positioning, tactics, and budget allocation.
- Present marketing proposals and recommendations to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
- Experience with customer service and account management
- Leads internal team on assignment and execution
- Manages creative strategy and production, working closely with the internal team as well as external vendors
- Monitors, analyses, and optimizes social media campaigns on a weekly basis to meet established KPIs, including Social Media channel fan count, data acquisition and consumer engagement metrics
