  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting professional growth.
  • Project Management
  • Oversee the entire software development life cycle, from project initiation to delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers to define technical scope, objectives, and resource requirements.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Serve as the technical authority within the team.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements, advocating for their integration when beneficial.
  • Code Review and Quality Assurance
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
  • Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, including product managers, product owners, and QC engineers.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
  • Asset and evaluate new candidates' technical skills (including technical interviews)
  • Problem Resolution
  • Address technical challenges and provide effective solutions promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and post-release.
  • Documentation
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of technical designs, architecture, and deployment procedures.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
