وظيفة Customer Service Engineer

شركة : Better Home

مقر الشركة : New Capital, Cairo


تفاصيل الوظيفة
  • Perform better technical customer service through receive calls and attend to customers visits
  • Handle customers problems, troubleshooting, and solve technical issues
  • Schedule for delivering units to customer and coordinate with related parties 
  • Receive calls and attend to customers visits
  • Handle customers requirements and inquiries
  • Make sure of units readiness to be delivered
  • Contact other departments to ensure customers payments before scheduling for delivery
  • Coordinate between customers, site and management
  • Inform site team with schedule of delivering units to customers, and follow up delivering
  • Support sales team in interpret technical design to customer when required
متطلبات الوظيفة
  • Education: Bachelor degree Architectural Engineering
  • Experience: 3-5 Years of experience - Real Estate background is preferable
  • Gender: Females ONLY
  • Very good knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable
