  • Receive calls from call center
  • Handling customers' problems and receiving inquiries from customers.
  • The link between customers and needed departments for inquiries solving.
  • Follow up on departments and customers regarding their inquiries.
  • Redirect calls to sales in case of the sales process.
  • Record all calls from clients.
  • Record the inquiries of customer service and archive them.

The Job description is not only limited to the provided duties and responsibilities but other tasks may be provided based on business needs.

  • 1 to 3 years experience.
