وظيفة CRM System Designer (Online Work)

شركة : Trevor Sadd Associates

مقر الشركة : Cairo, Egypt

تفاصيل الوظيفة

02. The Role of a CRM System Developer

We are looking for individuals with a particular interest in setting up an online CRM Marketing system

To explain our requirements. TSA currently uses their marketing in a self programmed version of google sheets.

The proposal is that TSA replace their current systems with a software solution that gives us the facility to:

  1. Store customer data
  2. Track customer interactions
  3. Share information between colleagues
  4. Continuously update customer data
  5. Monitor data
  6. Allow automatic emailing
  7. Allow for integration into other marketing systems
  8. Semi automate the use of 1-7
  9. Delegate the inputting and updating processes to a junior member of staff

The above list should be regarded as indicative as we have not completed the brief which will need to be agreed with the: marketing, production and financial directors all of whom have differing requirements that need to be accommodated.

The Role

The role is one of working with our ‘Process Development Team’ to:

  1. Consulting with our team and assist in the development of a ‘statement of requirement’ brief
  2. Making proposals to produce a software based solution to solve the ‘requirement’ and if possible semi-automate the process
  3. Researching as required and develop solutions (as 2 above) including:
    1. Policy development and process mapping
    2. Selecting and testing software
    3. Testing process / software and outlining user guides
  4. Working with our team to implement the solution (as 3 above)
  5. Secondary or ongoing development

All the work is conducted online in an open, fear free environment in which everyone is encouraged to make a contribution. A detailed description of the approach we take together with the support and training that TSA can provide will be made available to applicants at the next stage of the application process.

The purpose of this document is to:

  • Give you a sufficient description of the work to determine your interest
  • Allow you complete the 7 Wuzzuf Questions (see Section 03)
  • Determine whether the role is right for you (See Section 06)

Working Hours

Ideally we are looking for candidates who are:

  • unemployed or those out of contract (full time)
  • freelancers or part time workers (If you think that you might like to work with TSA on part time basis, you should make this clear in in your application)

We would therefore not expect many applications from those who are currently employed unless they a) would like to work for us on a part time basis or b) are leaving their employment.  TSA does NOT encourage those with secure employment to leave their work as we cannot guarantee that they will be able to successfully complete the work.

Whatever the candidate's employment status we will, in the early stages, only consider those who are able to:

  • Complete the workshops and work immediately after selection
  • Provide us with enough hours
  • Offer a significant number of overlapping hours with the UK. UK office hours are between 09:00 - 17:00 or 08:00 - 16:00 GMT. The number of overlapping hours can be reduced if candidate is able to exhibit:
    • a level of skills that will allow them to  work without support.
    • good availability and high levels of communication skills

Length of Short Term Contract

The position is offered on a short term contract basis. It is not, at this time,  possible to say how many hours will be offered to the candidates or what the period of employment will be. The amount of work offered will be determined by: a) the solutions proposed, b) the amount of tasks (within the Role) that the candidate is suited to and wishes to do,  c) whether the candidate is suited to and wishes to work on other tasks (not listed above)

All conversations relating to timescales are to be regarded as indicative as the act of designing systems is a creative process in which programs usually change as out thinking evolves

Hourly Rates

Working hours and rates for this work are subject to negotiation. It will be for each candidate to make their own proposals (based on their experience and skills).

Work is offered on a self-employed basis and the rates paid are gross. During the first month of training work can be paid on a weekly basis. Thereafter TSA pay on a monthly basis (within 72 hours of invoice)

03. The Application Processes

Answering The Wuzzuf Questions

TSA have, within this document, gone to considerable lengths to set out what our employment requirements are.

It is difficult to select candidates based on their Wuzzuf profiles alone as we usually receive a lot of applications from individuals who simply responding the job title (and haven’t looked at what TSA are  looking for or offering)

It is therefore our intention to use the 7 questions that Wuzzuf allow us to:

  • Determine whether candidates understand what it is that we are offering
  • Shortlist candidates based on the quality answers to the questions

The questions aren’t arbitrary. Experience suggests to us that this is the best way to identify genuine applicants. Our apologies for causing work for those whom we do not select, but you can rest assured that we will give proper consideration to everyone who answers the questions.  It is also noteworthy that we rarely ever interview candidates who haven’t answered all the questions properly

If applying via Wuzzuf you cannot rely on anything that is only in your CV as we will not have seen (unlocked) it at the time we review your answers to the 7 questions
