Maintaining and developing relationships with new & existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails
Achieve the goal of each quarter sales
Listening to client requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business
Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential clients
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
Performing a monthly full sales report with all activities and % of Target achievement
Gaining a clear understanding of clients' businesses and requirements; and ensuring fulfilling these requirements through leading the production with other departments of the agency
Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
