You will be responsible for the performance of quality speech analytics category design and leveraging tools to design solutions for contact centers.
You will be:
extrapolating data, developing queries, ensuring standardization of external files,
leading projects that relate directly to the speech analytic platform
•fluent in written and spoken one of these languages: Spanish, German or Italian
•bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or 1 year of experience with data analyses
•willing to analyze recorded audio and audio-based data sets for critical insights
•can articulate thoughts and ideas in oral and written presentations
•experienced with Excel (charts, formulas, macros), PowerPoint and Visio
•Have some experience with CallMiner, Nexidia, NICE, Verint or other speech analytics package (preferred)
•good collaboration & communication skills
•highly disciplined self-starter with natural entrepreneurial interests
