Responsibilities fall under three Categories:
Sales:
- Initiate interaction with prospective clients to generate sales leads via (Cold Calls, emails, and online meetings).
- Build prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-ups to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Analyze requests, answer queries, and prepare quotes.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by identifying and selling services/products.
Marketing:
- Ensure a proper mailing list segmentation, followers, and the target audience, and A/B test to experiment to enhance the email campaigns.
