Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a retail or grocery setting.
Proficient in using online grocery picking platforms and related technology.
Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively
