Responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the works.
Coordinate on a daily basis with the subcontractors and assist in the preparation of the work requisition for the subcontracted works.
Follow-up on the deliveries and invoicing of these permanent materials. Anticipate standard solutions and take initiative and make suggestions, you challenge prevailing assumptions.
Plan, organize and prioritize own work, you seek confirmation of priorities when confronted with unusual situations, and you report on the state of affairs.
Demonstrate responsibility and ownership and report spontaneously to your manager. Summarize data in a logical way and you check whether your own observations or interpretations are correct.
Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
Identifies process improvement needs for the Architecture maintenance function, ensuring customer needs are efficiently met.
Work on the effective and efficient delivery of the community maintenance services, including; community maintenance, and extra work
Ensures availability of maintenance service for the destination and its community.
Oversees maintenance and repair requests ensuring adequate service level is provided as per approved policies and procedures and standards.
Estimating maintenance costs and confirming these costs with the direct manager.
Performing emergency repairs as requested in timely manner.
Monitor inventory and maintain a good stock for any upcoming requests.

BSc degree in Architecture Engineering
2 to 3 years of experience.
Professional in AutoCAD and rivet
Design Knowledge in HVAC, Pluming and Firefighting. (Is a must)
capability to move between sites
capability to review all designs and follow up its progress on sites.
Capability to prepare BOQs sheet.
Very good knowledge MS Office applications (word, excel, power point, etc.…).
Very good Presentation skill and communication skills.
