Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or other relevant Spatial and Experiential design (Graphic, Environmental design degrees and AR/VR/XR Programmers are most welcome to apply)
- High proficiency in CAD & 3D Design modelling software to produce design drawing packages and specifications to the design intent level.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with strong graphic design skills and ability to communicate ideas visually
- Have excellent rendering and visualization abilities
- Willingness to work remotely from Home or in Hybrid mode.
Skills:
- Ability to create presentation decks that “tell a story” taking clients through an experiential journey and explaining design concepts logically Create logical arguments
- Ability to produce diagrams that show clear design logic
- Have strategic and critical reasoning and evidence-based thinking
- Have strong Conceptual & out-of-the-box thinking with sound rationale
- Have strong communication and verbal skills
- Have a strong desire to develop a professional ability and interest in taking on greater responsibility over-time.
- Have the Ability to iterate design quickly and efficiently; without bias
- Experience in high-level Architectural/Interior Competitions is a PLUS
- Experience working on high-end commercial and residential projects is a PLUS
- An international experience with international large-scale projects is a PLUS
