We are looking for a professional Application Support Engineer, who can share strongly and positively in our application team. He/She will be a part of highly dynamic and promising work enviroment that consisting of more than 95 retail stores and 5 production lines!
He/She will perform a variety of implementation, deployments, and troubleshooting requiring a wide knowledge of; company products, database engines, and operating systems.
The Application Support Engineer, as part of the team, will be responsible for:
- Company application administration; deploy, configure, integrate, and test the implemented solution based on technical and business requirements.
- Execution of DB scripts/extracts as needed.
- React to High Severity issues and technical situations that require immediate attention.
- Work with multiple teams for the successful resolution of issues and incidents.
- Handle all database backups.
- Analyze and diagnose technical & functional issues in supported applications with full ownership and accountability.
- Handle raised tickets related to supported applications maintaining the agreed OLA / SLA and ensuring resolution with colleagues.
- Perform root-cause analysis for incidents raised over supported applications.
- Perform the required change requests over production applications and ensure post-deployment sanity checks are done.
- Open to flexible working conditions including after-hours scheduled application maintenance and support.
