Job duties will include but not limited to the below:
-Manage Cairo office administration
-Handle all office purchases, utilities, and relations with suppliers
-In charge of required administration tasks with local stakeholders (law firms, public accountants, Local Payroll Partner, etc.).
-Handle relations with telecom and internet service providers
-Manage office rental and relation with landlord
-Handle office maintenance with service providers
-Assist with quick translation as appropriate if needed
-Handle travel requests and reservations for NES Staff and visitors
-Support with communication with contractors and updating system records
-Candidates CVs management, formatting and uploading to system
-Support in data entry & document creation as needed
-Meet and welcome NES visitors
We are looking for a super energetic candidate with about 3-5 years of experience to join our Egypt Team.
Scope:
-Manage and coordinate admin related tasks for the business in Egypt.
Requirements:
-English profile: Very good
-Bachelor’s Degree in any field
-Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

-Working hours: From 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Fixed Fridays & Saturdays off).
