- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Taking minutes and notes in meetings.
- Serving as the main point of contact.
- Ensuring deadlines are met.
- Out of office calls/duties might be related.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Develop and revise contracts.
- Order and record office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Submit and reconcile expenses.
- Prepare presentations if needed.
- Handle hiring process.
- Handle social media platforms.
- Helping in other related duties in the office
